Dr Katy Melrose is a highly experienced Geriatrician with over 15 years in the field. Her areas of expertise include Comprehensive Geriatric Assessment, Memory and Cognitive Health, Falls and Balance, Continence Management, and Wound Care. She holds public appointments at Austin Health and Northern Health, where she contributes to the Continence Clinic, Aged Care Clinic, and Chronic Wound Services.
In her private practice, Dr Melrose provides consultations at Heidelberg Surgical and inpatient care at Warringal Private Hospital. She is also a member of the clinical advisory panel for Monash University’s Master of Wound Care program and previously served as a director for Wounds Australia, the national leader in wound prevention and care.
